We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event, and earlier for weekends during peak wedding season (October to April). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — get in touch and we’ll check availability for your date.
Hire pricing depends on the barrel type, hire duration, delivery distance and number of barrels you need. We provide a custom quote for every event rather than a one-size-fits-all rate. Contact us with your date, location and rough requirements and we’ll send a price.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date and lock in the barrels for your event. Deposit amount and balance payment timing are confirmed when we send your quote.
Hire includes delivery to your venue, cleaned and polished barrels ready to style, and collection after your event. You only need to choose your barrels and tell us where and when — we handle the rest.
Our oak barrels are designed for outdoor use and handle weather well, though prolonged rain can stain timber finishes. We recommend a wet-weather plan with cover for any styled display barrel. Talk to us about wet-weather contingency when booking.
Yes, we sell authentic French and American oak wine barrels in addition to hire. Purchased barrels are restored, cleaned and ready for backyard bars, garden features or permanent display. Contact us for current stock and pricing.
